We have created our product to be generatioal with our business model. Once the Bike Bivy has exceeded it's usefull life trade it in if eligible, for a discount on a new Bike Bivy. We'll repurpose what we can from the trade-in and ethically dispose of or recycle what we can't. It's a shame that we spend our time earning our money to then exchange it for our time and I can tell you from personal experience that the rate is never in our favor and I'm sure you can relate. We source our thread from American and Efird (A&E) who have been in business since the 1800's. They have many factories throughout the world with our thread coming from thier factories in North Carolina. Their products are used in mission critical applications from the healthcare industry to apparel and now the Bike Bivy. You won't have to worry about your seams on the Bike Bivy failing while your tranporting your bike to the Ironman traithlon or Crit race. It's gear for your mission.

We source our zippers from only the best, YKK. They are the worlds largest zipper manufacture and produce over 7 billion zippers annually equating to half of the world supply. The factory we obtain our zippers from is in Macon, GA. We chose YKK because they control every part of the manufacturing process, from smelting their own brass to spinning and dyeing the yarn for the zipper tape. We worked with them to make our custom length zipper for enclosing the Bike Bivy. The Bike Bivy with our YKK zipper will keep your Gravel Bike trip to the Sawtooths from coming undone or any trip for that matter.

We chose Darlington Fabric as our fabric supplier, they are headquartered in Westerly, RI. They've been in the textile business since the 1800's. They designed our fabric with us and specifically for us to meet our needs.....they know a thing or two.

As an inventor and business owner when I invent something I want it to be the best damn thing out there! Which is why we at Bike Bivy specifically chose to not only manufacture the Bike Bivy in the USA but also have all of our components Made in the USA as well. We are people driven and it shows in every detail of our product. We also wanted to give people purpose on every level with our product which is why we strove to go to the lengths we have with involement of others. We can tell you that it takes a team to make it happen and we are so fortunate to be able to share with you the end product of those relationships.
